Motivator and Professional Trainer
Sometimes in life you want change, but you don’t know how to get started. Sometimes you feel stuck in the daily routine and realize there is no joy or passion in what you do. Sometimes you want to improve relationships with family and friends but are scared to take that first step. Sometimes you postpone it for the future. Sometimes you have life all planned out and life throws you a curveball… you don’t know how to react. Sometimes you need motivation to develop new opportunities and reach success. I Can help you!
I have always been very passionate in helping others especially those in need. With a solid psychological background, enthusiasm and optimism, I believe that I can help the lives of many. My professional experience includes providing psychological assessment and therapy services to clients from diverse backgrounds. I have worked with individuals, couples and groups with various presenting problems in college counseling centers, community mental health clinics, the Career Counseling & Assessment Clinic at the University Science Malaysia, University Malaya.
I will work with you in a collaborative and respectful manner. Ensuite, I will encourage you to approach the psychological issues that are brought upon throughout the whole treatment with distant observation, curiosity and openness to doing things differently. Therapy provides a supportive environment that allows you to talk openly with someone who is objective, neutral and non-judgmental about your internal experiences to help you identify habituated unhelpful behaviors, stuck points and areas of growth and to gently challenge yourself to grow and change while learning to tolerate some discomfort.

This course focuses on transforming a group of people to a team of motivated individuals who work smoothly towards a common goal. Delegates are introduced to the concept of Team Roles and explore different ways of recognising and establishing their roles within the team. This knowledge enables team workers to manage their roles and responsibilities in the team and avoid gaps or overlaps in roles.
This course walks through many aspects of stress management such as time management, people skills, motivation, diet, influence techniques, right mentality, assertiveness and so on. Each topic is explored in detail and exercises are provided to emphasis the skills during the course. Managing stress requires the correct mentality and attitude towards life. This course, through several sessions and subjects, repeatedly explores this important topic so that the delegates are more likely to adapt to the new point of view and approach life with the right skills to get maximum results.
This course is the first part of a series of NLP courses presented by Skills Converged. In this introductory course, delegates learn about the history of NLP, what it is all about and how it can come to help them in various areas of their lives. The course is designed as an introduction to different NLP areas, aiming to familiarise the delegates with the founding principles of NLP. The comprehensive workbook designed for this course contains detailed NLP scripts which can be used during the course and also afterwards as a reference. The exercises are accompanied with detailed instructor guidelines on how to run them in an efficient way.
During this course, delegates will learn to manage their emotions better in order to prevent unwanted things being said. Techniques are provided to manage difficult conversations and to avoid getting trapped in a psychological game going back and forth on certain points rather than moving forward to focus on underlying issues or concerns.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a structured, short-term, present-oriented psychotherapy for depression, directed toward solving current problems and modifying dysfunctional (inaccurate and/or unhelpful) thinking and behavior. Cognitive-behavioral therapy stresses the role of thinking in how we feel and what we do. It is based on the belief that thoughts, rather than people or events, cause our negative feelings. The therapist assists the client in identifying, testing the reality of, and correcting dysfunctional beliefs underlying his or her thinking. The therapist then helps the client modify those thoughts and the behaviors that flow from them. CBT is a structured collaboration between therapist and client and often calls for homework assignments.
